I went straight to the bookstore and bought some books related to spiritual science and practices as follows from ancient times to now. Because I consider myself an avid reader, it was not a difficult task to start and understand properly. That Udacity of knowing motivates me to read and discuss with the people whom, I believe their subject of expertise. I almost used to go to Ganga-river front and sit there for hours. On the path to the downtown riverside, I met with a local friend, who was from Delhi. He also joined me and we went to the riverside, As soon as we settled down there, it was already 15 minutes to come. I asked my friend; Akash; do you know all about all this stuff?? I mean I don’t have this fundamental knowledge about spiritual things. There is no fixed path in spirituality but the process is to follow even if you are going to fail.
He said first tell me what you know about spirituality and the Indian context of ‘Dharma’. I said; there are there are many paths to attain ‘Nirvana(SAMADHI or Enlightenment) but there are, two major spiritual paths (Marga’s) to attain utmost supreme, The first one is ‘Right-hand’ path. And the second one is the ‘Left-hand’ path. The right-hand path most of us follow and generally seen as practicing ‘Pure-Bhakti’ or Bhakti path(marga) in temples and ashrams. In right-hand practice, only allow pure material of worship of the deity, like i.e. - five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and space(Ether), and some tree leaves, Ghee (clarify milk) etc. And he said what we follow in our daily life is Karma-yoga (Karma-marga). I asked about myself ‘What I am following? He said; You are into Yogic-marga because the major part of your practice is dedicated to Yoga; Asana, Pranayama, Meditation. It is pure yogic marga. First, this idea of yogic marga was properly described by “Patanjali” Yoga sutra eight limb path and they described the whole scripture called “Patanjali-yoga-sutra”.
There is second path of yogic tradition called ‘Vamachara’
Now, we come to the second and most covered path of spirituality VAMACHARA or vam-marga(Left-hand) path. This path is considered heterodox and taboo in normal life, but for the hardcore yogi or those who are involved and practitioner of this path, considered to be the fastest and most effective path in nature
.----Now in this path entry of TANTRA, mystify all the things. In this Sadhana (Spiritual-practices), Sadhak(Practitioner) doesn’t use pure substances, but they use Panchamakara or five transgressive substances; Alcohol, Meat, Fish, Pound-grain, and sexual intercourse. When I first heard about this, I was shocked and started thinking about this science of practice, but the most interestingly this was written in very famous ancient scripture lilke Shiva-purana and samhita . And I don’t have any idea about all of those things….is this real? Well anyone can question this until he/she can experience this occult mystic power of supreme. Some called them “God”, some called “Shiva”, some called them “Krishna”, and some called them “Kali”. And I called them “Mother”. The Primordial energy, Shiva’s- Shakti(Consciousness and Manifested world ). It is described as Kundalini in yogic science or the Energy (Shakti). It resides within us in the base of the spine, or Muladhara or Root chakra. So we have a total of 7 invisible chakras in our body(Subtle in nature); each chakra is associated with a specific deity petals, and colors. So basically we need to flow this energy from the Muladhara chakra to the Sahasrara chakra. There is another term, called ‘Nadi’(Channels) Ida and Pingala Nadi, personify SHIVA and SHAKTI and between Ida and Pingala, Sushusmna nadi presented. These are channels for the movement of energy from the base to the crown or sahsrara. It is specified in the scripture that “Sushmna -Nadi” is the getaway connected to the third eye (and pineal gland). Well, I understand this all you might think like; it might be quite difficult to understand, but I wanted to give you a little understanding of this mystical world, although this is a very vast spiritual world. So, here I only focus on what I had practiced and gone through. Although in my journey to search- for myself and God, covered with layers of different materialistic things like desire, grid, lust, and expectations, no one can help me I myself had to search for the ‘Truth’ that ultimate reality, which going to help us to achieve highest level in consciousness.

Part1# Decoding the other dimension of 'Spirituality'
A few years back this was the first time I heard about a place in the Himalayas Haridwar Now the very next day, when I got free from meditation class, I went to the Ganges(Holy River in India). It was very near to my institute where I stayed for my retreat. It was cloudy and dazzling with smoggy weather. It was very romantic though! I was sitting on th…
